In modern interior design, we are moving away from "flat" spaces. At Eclectics Designs, our goal is to create depth—using light and high-end materials to turn functional storage into the focal point of a home.
Whether it's your morning routine in the dressing room or a movie night in the lounge, these two recent projects prove that the secret is in the details.
1. The Boutique Wardrobe: Fashion as Art
Why hide your favorite pieces behind solid doors? Our "Boutique Walk-In" concept (seen in the first image) uses transparency to create a sense of openness.
Warm Wood Tones: We used a rich, natural wood grain to provide a cozy, high-end backdrop for the wardrobe.
Integrated Ribbon Lighting: Notice how the LED strips are recessed under each shelf. This doesn't just help you find your favorite bag; it adds a luxurious "gallery" feel to your clothing collection.
Bronze & Glass Accents: The slim metal frames on the sliding doors add a touch of industrial chic to an otherwise soft, warm space.
2. The Multi-Texture Media Wall: A Study in Geometry
Our second project (the media unit) challenges the idea that a TV wall has to be boring. This design is all about the interplay of different surfaces.
Marble Meets Fluted Wood: We paired a geometric marble slab with vertical fluted wood panels. This contrast between the smooth, cool stone and the textured, warm wood creates visual rhythm.
Floating Elements: The long, slate-blue console appears to "float" thanks to under-cabinet lighting, making the entire room feel lighter and more spacious.
Backlit Shelving: By lighting the vertical display nook, we’ve created a dedicated space for curated decor that draws the eye away from the black screen of the television.
